We are excited to release something we feel is a huge benefit for any fabricator who is in need of a tight radius bend that you just cannot find on the market. Our aluminum donuts will allow you to cut any degree bend that you need WITH still retaining the same wall thickness thru the entire bend. With a wall thickness of roughly .078 these make the welding process much easier then some other aluminum tubings with much thinner walk thickness. Each donut is sold as a pair, so you will receive 2 halves for each donut that you order. You will then need to weld both halves together and then final weld the inside radius after you cut your desired angle. These are a huge benefit especially for larger diameter tubing such as 4" where you just cannot get a tight enough radius with standard mandrel bent tubing. Each donut half will come in a satin brush finish.
2.5" has a CLR of 2.0"
3" has a CLR of 2.3"
3.5" has a CLR of 2.6"
4" has a CLR of 3.0"
