Shipping policy

1-Up Fabrication's parts are typically built-to-order. For this reason it may take up to 10 business days to receive tracking information. We use 2 shipping services for all of our orders, UPS and USPS. Shipping to a P.O. box is restricted. All Items shipped from 1-Up Fabrication are insured. If for some reason your package becomes lost or damaged, please send us an email immediately  with pictures of the damage, and we will do our best to get the issue resolved with the shipping company as soon as possible.
