Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted up to 15 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. ** CUSTOM POWDER COATED PARTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND UNLESS THERE IS A DEFECT DUE TO MANUFACTURING.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless wrong item was sent on 1-Up Fabrications behalf. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. PayPal and Credit Card transaction fees are non refundable.

 

For all Torque-Line Apparel Products

You are eligible for a 100% full refund as long as the item is returned within 30 days of receiving the product. All items must be unwashed and unworn in order to be eligible for a refund. You must send us an email via our "Contact Us" page with your full name, shipping information, and if you would like an exchange or refund. Once we receive your item, we will then process your exchange or refund. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
